Payment for online registration can be made by credit card only.
STUDENT REGISTRATION
This category must be accompanied by valid proof of status. Please forward a copy of a current student card or a signed letter from your Head of Department to secretariat@rsv2025.org
LMIC
We are offering discounted registration rates for delegates from countries that are classified by the World Bank as Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income economies. You should be resident in one of these countries to be eligible for the discounted rates. Visit the World Bank website to check the classification of your country.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees can be refunded in full up to 31 December 2024.
From 1 January 2025, registration fees can be refunded less an administration fee of US$ 100.
Full registrations are transferable.
Please note, there will be no refunds after the 30 January 2025. Exceptional circumstances will be given due consideration and, if approved, refunds will be processed after the conference.
Requests for refunds of your registration fee must be submitted via email to RSV Secretariat secretariat@rsv2025.org by 30 January 2025 to be eligible for reimbursement.
